SPALP’s participation in Erasmus+ programs is a significant part of the club’s outreach and continuous development.
Through mobilities, training visits, and collaborations with European sports organizations, participants learn about different organizational and training models, exchange experiences, and gain knowledge that can be utilized in the team’s daily operations.
The European experience does not end upon return. It is transferred to athletes, coaches, volunteers, and the wider SPALP community through new ideas and actions.
Job Shadowing in Sweden

Members of SPALP participated in an on-site monitoring and best practices exchange program with the Swedish club BTK Rekord. The experience included observing training sessions, familiarization with the club’s operations, and activities focused on collaboration, inclusion, and participation through sports.
