Play, motor skills, and familiarization with the racket.
Correct posture, basic strokes, and gradual development of concentration.
More systematic training and preparation for the first competitions.
At the SPALP Academies, our goal is for children to get acquainted with sports and correctly learn the basic techniques of table tennis in a pleasant, safe, and team-oriented environment.
Through training, they develop their motor skills, improve their physical condition, and enhance their concentration, coordination, and self-confidence. Simultaneously, they build friendships and learn to cooperate as team members.
Matches and internal competitions help them acquire a proper athletic mindset from a young age: to compete fairly, respect opponents, manage both victory and defeat, and, above all, strive daily to become the best version of themselves.
